托马斯•R•弗林，埃默里大学哲学系教授。代表作有《萨特与马克思主义的存在主义：集体责任的试验案例》（芝加哥，1986）和《萨特、福柯与历史理性》两卷本（芝加哥，1997、2005）。
莫伟民，复旦大学哲学学院教授、博士生导师，主要从事现当代法国哲学的研究和教学，主持多个国家社科基金和教育部社科规划的重点项目，出版过五部著作和译著，发表过50余篇学术论文，曾获得五项省部级科研奖励，2004年入选首届“教育部新世纪优秀人才”，并先后三次以学者和教授身份在法国巴黎高师哲学系从事研究工作。
